Kenneth at Appliance Parts Pros was fantastic at sleuthing out my washer part mystery. He was patient, reliable, kind and knowledgeable. I googled my washer model and “washer not draining” which led me to APP video demonstrating how to change drain pump. I ordered part and it arrived promptly. Comparing it with the pump I removed from my washer, it looked like i was sent the wrong part. Kenneth, at APP, investigated and researched. He informed me that my washer had 2 pumps and wondered if I had removed the right one. Apparently, not! The part APP was correct and when I changed it out (using the APP video) the washer is fixed!!
