Thanks to AppliancePartsPros I was able to disassemble my Whirlpool washer and diagnose the problem. Turns out the suspension pads were worn out from the washer not being level. I don’t think I could have done this without the videos. Now it seems so simple. Of course the washer hasn’t been dissassembled since it was made in like 2002, so everything was rusty and took time to remove. I ended up having to replace the agitator bolt in the center and needed to buy a spanner wrench which all together was like $12. Washing machine is up and running again!
