I purchased a Washer Motor Coupling and a Short Cam Agitator Repair Kit and followed the directions given in the applicable videos. The coupler was not the issue, but I replaced it with the new parts. The issue was solved by the agitator repair kit. I really appreciate the super quick delivery of the parts. I ordered the parts on Wednesday and the parts arrived the very next day. The machine was up and running by dinner time on Thursday!
