I replaced the Dual Water Valve *and* the Filter Tank assembly. I am relatively certain I only needed one of these parts, but after some fairly extensive research I saw people claiming either of the parts had fixed similar issues.
I opted to just bite the bullet and buy both. The refrigerator is close to 6 years old, so I wanted to just get it over with.
