Once we determined that the lines were not frozen (had read this was a possibility), we realized that it must be a problem with the water filter housing. the hardest part was figuring out what the part was called (so that we could order it!). Removing the old assembly was not difficult- as long as you have the correct tool. I fixed it myself while my husband was at work- saved us $$ !! Works Great!
