I lowered the door and used 2 vice grips to hold the hinges down. This kept the hinges from snapping back up. I then removed the hexhead screws securing the front panel and the 2 on each side securing the door to the hinges. I then slid the door of the hinges and removed the old seal. I replaced the new seal and in reverse order reassembled the door
