When my washing machine crapped out I turned to appliance parts pros videos and customer postings for advice. I have watched appliance parts pros videos and purchased the recommended parts over the past years. You guys have helped my fix my refrigerator and washing machine a few times and saved me $100s of dollars.
In this case, the parts I needed where about $11 (a direct drive motor coupling). Since I had the machine opened I decided to buy/replace the suspension springs for about $10 more. The motor coupling fixed the problems and the springs tightened and aligned the bucket. The machine runs like new. I am way stoked to have fixed it because not only did it save me a lot of $, I did not want to be forced to buy one of the new HE machines. Those things are junk.
