YouTube lead me to "AppliancePartsPros.com" trouble shot, the Thermal Cut-Off, and the Thermo-Fuse were both "open" electrically. Looking around inside of the Dryer discovered worn support rollers (surprised I did not hear clunking). Ordered thermal kit, rollers, fuse and belt drive for good measure.
