Determined that the ice door was broken, the plastic hinge tab had broken off - part of the whole ice door assembly, looked like it was going to be impossible to fix. Was very surprised that someone had figured out how to put a kit together to repair the issue without having to replace the entire freezer assembly, or worse having to replace the entire unit! Repair kit was very good, repair video was clear and easy to follow, the repair was relatively simple if you're handy.
