I looked in YouTube for videos on fixes and the first one that showed up was one by AppliancePartsPros which described my problem exactly and how to fix it. I watched a couple of more videos on how to fix other related issues. Since the videos gave me links to the parts it was extremely easy to get those parts. Shipping was fast. It then took me a couple of hours to replace the parts and test the washer. The fix was exactly as described in the videos. I still need to fine tune the leveling of the washer to minimize the vibration but I am very happy with the result.
