I followed the directions with a video or two. It ended up being the heating element, but I purchased the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat just in case. The whole thing took about 1.5 hrs. That includes finding out my multimeter needed new batteries, etc I’m a 49 yr old woman who is a bit handy. My teenagers helped for a few minutes taking it apart and helping me get it back together; otherwise I did it alone. It was easy. So glad I didn’t pay a repair person!
