I put in a new oven control board. So instead of putting the temp knob 80 degrees higher than it should, I dont have to do that anymore. The best part is I get to make our gingerbread houses as gifts! Because of a great support staff that worked on sunday the two gals there know their stuff. Took old board out and put in new board. When electricity was applied, it WORKED! I put silicone caulking in three cracks that water could get to the control board. Read more

I noticed something was wrong when the dishwasher no longer remembered the last cycle performed. After it finished, it would go to a default cycle. A couple of weeks ago, my husband said it wouldn't start. Then I noticed on subsequent washes, there was a high probability that it would hang at a random part of the wash cycle. I replaced the circuit board behind the pushbuttons. At first there was no change in the controls, then i remembered that the door needed to be closed for it to work. Yah! It works now. $119 parts and installed it myself vs. $450 for a new machine. Read more

I've ordered new main and tactile board and installed it. Everything worked fine after boards exchange. Ran full cycle, no problems at all. Dis-assembly and installation was really easy, all I needed was Phillips screwdriver and a star tip attachment wrench (I'm always asking myself question why this is done like that? , why can't it be just regular Phillips screw?)
