All parts arrived in one box - I purchased the tub gasket, lower door gasket and lower door seal. My existing parts were visibly pretty worn out, dishwasher is 12 years old (maybe should have just bought anew one?). Tub gasket was pretty easy, it took me a while to make sure it was even all the way around, after attest run and the subsequent drying heat it fits nicely. • Element will not heat

I easily unplugged the oven and unscrewed the top and those burners and replaced with new one. I plugged it back and tested them. both are working perfectly now. it was very easy and i did not have to pay for technician and labor. Read more

• Leaking

Removing the bottom panel and watching the internals while the washer was running revealed a small drip from what appeared to be a plastic cam that was attached to a solenoid. The water was dripping from the shaft the cam attached to down into the solenoid. Being a DIY guy I pulled the washer out, turned it upside down and inspected the effected mechanism. • Oven is too hot

Well it wasn't hard to replace at all pretty easy. But trying to figure out what the problem was that got me. I turned of my oven and the light continued to stay on like it wasn't turn off but it was. I ordered one but it was the wrong one and was too big so I had to send it back. I called the technician told me which one was the right one and I ordered it. • Will not drain

It is very simple to fix. All the blogs recommend replacement of this part but do not explain why. This is a normally open check valve that permits the water from inside the dishwasher to drain out, either once it gets too high or just general splash. When the machine drains the pump comes on and the check valve closes. If the check valve is damaged or worn (like mine was) some of the water can pump back into the machine. I read on line about other such ovens doing the same thing mine was doing, absolutely nothing! I even read stories of a major retailer telling customers to throw the microwave away. There's nothing you can do to fix it. After replacing a simple fuse that I ordered from you, the Advantium is as good as new. It took a grand total of 5 minutes to make the repair. Ordered New Gasket and installed in about 3-4 Minutes. Only need small pliers to remove some of old clips from holes. New Gasket clipped in easily by hand. Read more

We cleaned out all ducts carefully and did other basic troubleshooting but it did not help. Began to research the problem on-line and discovered that this dryer has two heating elements. One can fail while the other continues to provide heat - but with a large impact on drying time. Watched youtube videos and how to take apart the dryer to reach the heating coils. Tested the heating elements for continuity with tester and the outer loop had no continuity indicating it was broken somewhere. ... Read more

I removed the door, mostly so we could really clean the all the nooks and cranny's of the stove, and make the handle and gasket replacement easier. Attaching the new handle was not difficult, but did require some minor door dis-assembly. Removing the old gasket and putting on the new gasket was a breeze. The hardest part of the job was putting the door back onto the stove, but we got it done and the stove looks and works great. Read more
