Ge WD08X10063 Tub Gasket OEM Part

I ordered a new gasket from AppliancePartsPros.com. It was very reasonable and came within a few days. The old gasket was worn out and catching on the lower dishrack as it was being pushed in causing the gasket to be dragged out of it's seat. This is partially due to the design of the dishwasher where the gasket is mounted on the tub rather than the door. Upon inspection the gasket was obviously cracked and not seating correctly which exacerbated the interference issue with the lower dishrack. Replacement was fairly easy with the exception of silicone caulking/adhesive which I felt needed to be removed to allow the new gasket to properly seat. Once the silicone was removed (mechanically, carefully using small screw driver and needle nose pliers), the actual gasket installation took a fraction of a minute. The video was not particularly helpful because it shows a gasket replacement for a door mounted gasket rather than a tub mounted gasket but because it was a simple repair and I am somewhat handy I was able to 'power through' without the video.

Replaced wheels, basket, and gasket

It was an easy repair theoretically. I pulled the old one out and had to push the new one into place. Not a big deal had the previous gone owner not bought an incorrect one and affixed it with silicone. So removing the silicone was the hardest part.

Pulled the old ones off and replaced with new parts

I ordered both Door Gasket Asm & Tub Gasket to replace needed Dishwasher seals. Gaskets we shipped really fast and arrived as expected. I installed both Gaskets and now the Dishwasher works without any leaks. The Gaskets from AppliancePartsPros.com were the correct Gaskets and worked as expected.
