This is an authentic roller bearing replacement specifically for use with chainsaws. The roller bearing uses a cylinder, which is the roller, rather than a ball. These types of bearings help to allow for greater radial loads than ball bearings. In the chainsaw, they can help to reduce friction and provide smoother motion between the parts. The chainsaw roller bearings tend to have a lot of wear and tear from repeated use. This means that over time, they can start to wear out. Owners who find that the chainsaw is not functioning smoothly as it did before might want to check on and replace their roller bearings. If there is low oil pressure or if there are knocking noises in the engine, it could be due to bad bearings. These are genuine OEM roller bearings for use with chainsaws. This set comes with two roller bearings. Buyers might want to have some extra on hand for the next time they need to change out the bearings. Compatible brands for this product include electric chainsaws from Craftsman and MTD.

This Craftsman sprocket gear assembly fits Remington chainsaws. The sprocket is designed to drive the proper-pitched chain around the guide bar. One of the most important components of the chainsaw is the sprocket. A skipping, jerking, or a dragging/stretching action are signs that the sprocket needs to be changed. Worn out sprockets affect the efficiency and working of the chainsaw, and can result in wear on all the other components connected to it. It is recommended to be changed every two or three years. Replacing the sprocket can be done in only a few steps. First, take off the top cover. Next, take off the spark plug wire and battery cables. Users will also need a piston tool to lock the piston in place. Remove the clutch and then remove the old sprocket. If needed, lubricate it. Reassemble everything in the reverse order. A good working sprocket will keep the chainsaw and its components lasting longer and working better. This is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer and sold individually.

This e-ring clip is a fastener made of semi-flexible metal in a ring shape with open ends so it can easily be snapped into place. These items are sized in a way to offer an interference fit into or onto a land or groove when in use. Installing or removing an e-ring clip requires them to be elastically deformed. These clips can become worn from use or damaged due to heavy loads or the presence of corrosive substances. If an e-ring clip is malfunctioning, it should be replaced. This can be done with an e-clip remover, a pair of pliers, or a flathead screwdriver. E-rings are designed to snap into a groove cut into a round shaft. To install a new clip, place the open ends against the shaft and apply pressure. This is best done using needle nose pliers rather than fingers. Once the new e-ring clip is installed, the chainsaw can be used as normal. This e-ring clip is designed for use on chainsaws manufactured by MTD and Craftsman. It comes as an individual OEM part that is sourced directly from the manufacturer. A pair of pliers, a screwdriver, or an e-clip remover may be needed to replace the e-ring clip.
