Disconnected dishwasher and moved it out from under the counter. Found that the left side door spring cable was not connected to the spring. The plastic end of the cable was broken off. It was a simple fix with the new part, however, why would any manufacture us a plastic part on an important part of a steel cable? Read more

My 10 year old frig door was hanging down to the point it wasnt fully closing and sealing unless you picked up on it. I ordered a lower hinge bracket, upper and lower bearing, and spacer. My bracket was bent down a little due to my kids hanging on the door when looking at the bottom shelf and i discovered my bracket was held on by only two bolts when there was supposed to be three. I have a Jennair jjw9630cas double wall oven, and after a few years I noticed that the light would not go out, first in the bottom oven, and then in the top oven. I determined that the cam riser had broken into two pieces. Finding the part was easy on the diagram on the website. It arrived less than 24 hours after it was ordered. Top hinge was removed and the door was placed on a set of horses. One bolt was removed from the bottom of the door, the pieces of the broken cam riser were removed and the new one installed. I took out 3 screws and replaced the part and it took maybe 1 minute. I only needed a screwdriver. Works great and I am very happy it is fixed but not about doing more laundry. Read more

There is one hinge on top and one at the bottom, but it was none of these it ended up being this hinge that I ordered. Door was having a little hesitation at closing, the door would not pull your hand to close or it would not closed by itself. replaced this part and the refrigerator was fixed. Read more

Samsung support said "not customer serviceable part, must call for service". Wanted to just replace the plastic cam (attached to hinge), but not sure of the part #. Bought the entire hinge assembly and upper cam riser also (attached to the bottom of the door). Replaced both with the help of Youtube videos. My husband took the door apart replaced hinges in less than 15 minutes. Very easy to do yourself rather then paying a lot of money for someone to come out to do it for you. I would have to say that the customer service was very helpful told me exactly what I needed. Read more

I ordered the hinge on the weekend and it came on Tuesday in the late Morning. I loved how quick it arrived. The swap out of the part took 10 minutes using a batter powered driver, a #2 Phillips tip and a T-25 tip. If you use hand tools, it will take a few minutes longer. If I would have realized how easy it was, I would have replaced it when it started sagging instead of waiting for it to break. Read more
