We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!). The parts arrived and because I watched the "how to" video I knew to use the "trick" to hold the doors up while attaching the hardware. Had the doors mounted in less than 15 minutes!.. Purchased proper hinges. Lifted oven doors off the hinges. Removed screws securing the oven to the cabinet, then slid out the unit from the cabinet far enough to access the hinges. Then removed trim to better access the hinges. Then removed the screws holding the hinges. Then installed the new hinges, secured them with the screws, then reinstalled the trim, then slid the unit back into the cabinet, and secured it in place with the screws. Easy fix. Took two screws out of top door hinge. Lifted door off of bottom hinge. Laid door on blanket on floor. One cam part went on the hinge that was on the fridge, snapped in place. One cam part went on bottom of door, one screw to replace. Replaced door on bottom hinge then put top hinge back on. Job done. Read more

In analyzing my problem, I just couldn't believe the door stopper and hinge bushing were causing it. After digging around, there was just nothing else that could be causing my problem, so I ordered the parts and made the replacement. I was shocked at how this completely solved my problem. I knew for sure that the hinge with the large spring was damaged, but elected to replace both hinges and receivers. Replacing the parts was fairly easy and would have taken me less then an hour. This model has thin metal covers over the hinge assemblies. I found that squeezing in the sides of the covers help to hold them in place on the hinge while reassembling the door.
