Went through some lengthy internet exchanges with an enormously patient person at Appliance Parts and after a couple of tries, complicated by an oven ID tag that was only partially legible, she was able to find the right dials and sent them promptly. I found the part on the website and was able to verify it was the correct part. It said it was not in stock but would be in a week. The company emailed me the same day to let me know about the delay as well. It ended up being a little bit more delayed but the part was a perfect fit.
