This is the cooling fan motor that draws air across the oven cavity and control panel area to prevent overheating of surrounding cabinetry and electronic components. It typically runs during and after oven use to dissipate heat. Replace this motor if the oven shuts off unexpectedly due to overheating, the cooling fan does not spin, or you notice excessive heat around the control panel or cabinet surfaces near the range.
Simple fix. Power off, remove 14 screws, lift top (use wood blocks to hold), unplug white and black wires from fan motor, twist motor assembly counter clockwise and lift to remove. Take new fan motor and do steps in the reverse. Worked like a champ. NOTE: First part arrived in 2 days but fan was shattered, called Appliancepartspro at 4 PM and had a replacement delivered before 11 AM the next day. Awesome response and customer service. Read more

I took the advice of another buyer and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, and diode from my microwave (make sure you discharge the capacitor). It was not a problem at all to do, I did find an excellent video on YouTube on how to test all of these components and almost anything else in a microwave. It’s called Microwave Oven Troubleshooting in Minutes- Step by Step by electronicsNmore. It was the best thing I watched. Turns out my magnetron was the only thing that was bad and it’s the most... This is a small synchronous motor used in microwave ovens to drive components such as the turntable or air damper. It operates at a steady rotational speed to ensure consistent movement during cooking. Replace this motor if the turntable stops spinning, rotates intermittently, or if you hear a humming noise without any movement.
Ordered the new motor and upon arrival, installed it. The only concern I had was that the motor I ordered was not specified for this model (Panasonic), but for a General Electric. (I could not locate one specified for the model I had). However, the specs for the new GE motor were exactly the same, so I took a chance and as it turned out, worked out well. Read more
Ice won't dispense when paddle is pressed? This dispenser motor assembly drives the auger mechanism. Most DIYers complete installation in 15 minutes.
When there was no ice in the bin, the auger turned, but with any ice, the auger simply stalled and could not push the ice around. Did not know where the problem was, but thought if I replaced the entire lower assembly (ordered a new motor, shaft, spring and coupler for the bottom part), that should do it. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish, but ice now dispenses fine as cubes or crushed. Read more
