• Won't start

The refrigerator would fail to restart after running normally for anywhere from a few hours to a day or two. I could manually restart it by turning the theostat off then back on or by pecking the thermostat knob lightly. I ordered a replacement thermostat on Monday morning and received the part the next day. After replacing the thermostat, the refrigerator has worked just fine. Read more

Following the general guidance from the online video (fridge shown of course didn't exactly match mine) gutted the inside of the fridge enough to remove the water line. Replaced with new line, reversed gutting process on fridge. New line fixed the issue with the "clear stringy stuff" floating in the dispensed water. Read more
