Ordered both parts from Appliancepartspros.com. The pictures of the website made it easy to order the correct parts. So far I've replaced the grill / kick plate. Took me longer to vacuum out the dust from the coils than it took to replace the part. Have not yet replaced the inner door panel. That will be a project for this coming weekend. Do not anticipate it being a problem to do so.

Removed the freezer shelves and back panel, evaporator coils were frozen with ice. Defrosted coil and removed defrost heater connectors, measured no continuity in the heater and ordered a replacement. Also discovered the aluminum retention strap was broken and the heater had slipped down in it's position, ordered and replacement strap. Re-installed new heater and strap per the video instructions, repair complete. Most difficult steps were drilling out the drain pan rivet and re-threading...

Went online and ordered both parts on separate days, receiving the parts the next day FedEx.
I am a 74 year female and put the parts on myself, also the model # on the freezer was easy to find. Live in a rural area in NW Missouri and would have driven 60 miles to order parts and then probably would have driven 60 miles to get them or had repair man come which is $100 just to have one come.
