My problem started with a rusting condition in the ice bin that spiraled out of hand. I took apart the ice bin and all the hardware thinking I could clean it with the suggested baking powder. Plastic parts cleaned up like new, metal parts were pitted. I wire brushed and sanded the parts put it all back together and gave it a try. I had to replace all the water lines and valves because they were cracked or just simply blown apart. This last part was the final piece (and the most expensive) to get it back up and running. Tried going the cheap route and purchased waterline from another site that claimed the tube diameter was the same as what i needed, got the line installed it and had waterfalls everywhere (nice mess).
