Upper spray arm not getting dishes clean Scott G. • San Diego , CA • May 01, 2016
1. Removed and replaced circulation pump. That didn't end up being the whole problem, although there was debris jammed up in multiple sections of the impeller. Still was satisfied with results. 2. Continued trouble-shooting and discovered a lot of additional debris in the spray arm itself. Score! That resolved all performance issues. 3. In hind sight, I realized the strainer was warped and was allowing the debris to penetrate all of the critical areas. Ordered new strainer and it fit up flush...

Leaking from heater coil Jason S. • Saint Paul , TX • December 02, 2014
When I identified a leak coming from the Heating Coil, I saw that the Heating Element Nut on both sides were corroded and could not hold the heating element tight any more. I ordered replacement parts and the fix was very easy. As I was running the test afterwards, I discovered that there was a leak coming from under the door.
