Leaks from around the door and from the pump motor Samuel M. • Sudbury , MA • January 12, 2016
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. The plastic edge pieces for the lower seal were supplied with the kit, and they installed...

- Helps preserve correct airflow through the inlet path
- Blocks liquids, grease, and crumbs from leaking into the appliance interior
- Replace if the seal is cracked, flattened, brittle, loose, or you see visible gaps
What's included: One inlet base seal.
- Disconnect power to the appliance before servicing
- Remove grates/cartridges, filters, or trim as needed to access the inlet base
- Clean and dry mating surfaces; install the new seal in the same orientation without stretching or twisting
- Reassemble and verify the seal sits evenly with no gaps

This replacement silverware basket holds forks, knives and spoons in the dishwasher lower rack so utensils stay upright and separate for better cleaning and easier unloading. It's a direct-fit interior basket designed to restore secure utensil loading. What it does:
- Keeps silverware and small utensils contained so pieces don't fall through or block the spray arms
- Separates items to improve water flow and cleaning coverage
- Prevents loose utensils from banging and potentially damaging dishes
- Replaces cracked, broken, or missing baskets that allow utensils to shift during the cycle
What's included: One silverware/utensil basket Install notes:
- Drop into the lower rack — no tools required for typical swap-out
- Position basket so it sits flat and does not interfere with rack movement or spray arm rotation
- Avoid overloading; place sharp utensils point-down or bundle separately to reduce hazard when unloading
- For appliance repairs beyond simple replacement, disconnect power and water before servicing

This door spring retainer secures the dryer/washer door spring to the cabinet so the hinge spring stays in place for reliable door movement and alignment. It prevents the spring from slipping or disengaging during normal use. What it does:
- Holds the door spring end in the correct position so the hinge maintains proper tension
- Helps prevent door sagging, misalignment, or a door that won't stay closed
- Keeps the spring secured to reduce rattling or intermittent disengagement
- Works with the existing door hinge/spring assembly to restore reliable opening and closing
What's included: One door spring retainer Install notes:
- Disconnect power (and gas if applicable) before any service; wear gloves and eye protection
- Access typically requires opening or removing the dryer/washer front or top panel; follow OEM service manual for steps
- Retaining springs are under tension—carefully release and re-seat springs to avoid sudden movement
- If other hinge or spring hardware is damaged, replace those parts to ensure safe operation

Leaking from the pump motor. Kevin H. • Phoenix , AZ • March 15, 2018
After discovering that these parts were not the problem. I found replacements for the impeller online and replaced those parts plus these parts. Disassembly was difficult and one bolt inside of the motor shaft had to be drilled out. Other than that, these replacement parts were an exact fit and the video on your page made the replacement no problem.
