1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. Assessed the situation and determined that the metal strike was broken. The unit did not work and no power due to this. Looked up the part with the model number and installed in less than 10 minutes. Unit worked immediately. The two screws require a star wrench or small nut driver for removal. Very easy! Read more

Replaced bottom left front tub wheel to top rack. Rack rail is slightly bent because of fall. New part works fine with a slight stiffness to rail. problem resolved. Read more

I researched on found 4 possibilities that could cause a leaky door. I ran some test and eliminated 2 of the causes. last 2 causes based on what I read would be the door gasket or the barrier shield. The door gasket appeared to be in good shape so I ordered the barrier shield This part is different from the original part and there was no way to hold it in place.
