I replaced the ball and socket connection for the drum. After doing so, I realized that the belt had been stretched and the tension pulley was not putting enough tension on the belt to turn the drum. After ordering a new belt, extra screw that was lost while disassembling the dryer, and some high temperature lubricant for the drum ball and socket the dryer now runs as well as it did when it was new.

I bought replacement hinges and installed them myself. The hardest part of the job was the first part: to remove the oven door you have to lock the old hinges with small brackets, and one side did not want to lock--I had to use a hammer. After replacing the burner twice and verifying the fuel holes and orifice was not blocked, we fixed the problem by replacing the wiring harness P/N: AP3965774. That and making sure the burner was tightly screwed into the range base to ensure the correct spark gap.
