Nancy January 11, 2020 for Model Number FBD2400KB10B Just moved into older apartment with the dishwasher model mentioned earlier. At the end of the cycle it still has about 2 inches of water in the bottom. We told the management about this two weeks ago and they said yes, there are a lot of people with that problem. We don't mind paying for this repair ourselves but we don't know what it needs. Can you help us? Also is it sanitary for dishes to be washed with this left over water? 1 Answer Hello Nancy, there are several possible causes for this, first run a dishwasher cleaner thru a normal cycle, to eliminate any possible oversudsing problem, next check down thru the top of the wash pump filter for any debris clogging the drain pump inlet, next check drain hose for any obstructions.
