On your website it said "Out of Stock" yet I was still able to make the purchase. Does that mean the part is available but on back order? Or does it mean it is permanently out of stock?
1 Answer Edward, You will first need to remove the door from the oven. Open the oven door and inspect the hinge assembly. By the opening of the door, you will see a latch on the hinge. Push it down until it contacts the hinge bracket at the opening on the oven frame and goes through the bracket hole below the notch. Grasp the door with both hands and raise it slightly. The latch will automatically enter the notch. Slide the door off the hinge arms by pulling outward at a slight upward angle. Now the hinges are locked open by the latches. To close the hinges, hold hinge arm down and lift the latch, then carefully raise the hinge arm. Once you have the door off you will remove the screws that are holding the door together to separate it and will have access to the inner door and the inner glass. Read More...

Ann January 26, 2021 for Model Number PRG366JG/08 - FD950800067 Hi, the inner glass panel of the oven door shattered from a casserole dish falling onto it. I can't tell which part I need to order — is it 00687461, or is that for a different version of this Thermador range? The glass is not the one outside the oven, nor any glass inside the door. It's the glass that covers the oven door on the inside of the oven. I've seen amounts ranging from $100-1000 for the price, which is why I'm trying to be sure I'm asking about the right part. Secondly, is this the kind of part I can replace myself? Thank you!
