1 Answer Hello Tark. You can test the dispenser 00431413 with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. The unit will need to be running and at the point in the cycle for the dispenser to work. Jim November 21, 2011 for Model Number Bosh SHU66C06 UC/14 Unable to get the top dispenser part AP2834000 (431413) to seat. Have tried to heat gasket with warm water to make it more pliable but am still unable to get it to seat completely behind the metal strip. Is there something else to try?
1 Answer Hello Jim. Check and make sure the dispenser 00431413 is properly seated on the inner door panel and the panel is not bent.
