No Watah June 19, 2020 for Model Number FFHS2322MSGA The control is stuck on Lock. Hence no water or ice will dispense. I have unplugged board behind the dispenser and fridge outlet. First time it briefly blinked Block Ice which would have solved it but it went back to lock. Subsequent tries removing poswer still returns to Lock. Holding lock key does nothing.

If there is 120VAC, but the LED display is not illuminating, then the control has failed and would need to be replaced. Stacy February 21, 2017 for Model Number LFUS2613LP0 We recently experienced a power outage due to storms. After power was restored, fridge dispenser and ice maker no longer work, but everything else on the fridge does. Lights do not come on for the ice/water control panel. I am assuming the power surge has damaged the dispenser control board, would this be correct?
1 Answer Stacy, The dispenser not working would most likely be caused by the power board on the dispenser which is part number 242053503 and for the icemaker not working you will want to check to see if the icemaker will cycle but not draw in water. If it will not draw water then check for power to the valve when the icemaker calls for water. If there is power then the valve is the issue and if no power then the icemaker will be the issue. Kari October 22, 2015 for Model Number FFUS2613LE6 Our refrigerator recently started beeping three times from what seems like the interior of the refrigerator. The temperature in the freezer was not stable and we pulled the back panel of the freezer off to see if it was defrosting. It was frozen up. We originally thought it might be a defrost thermostat and replaced it, however, after a couple of days it is frozen again. Does this sound like a board issue?

Kyle October 16, 2015 for Model Number FFHS2313LS4 Howdy gentlemen! I have this model fridge and the ice maker/dispenser only puts out crushed ice. The light on the control panel changes when you select crushed or cube but it still only puts out crushed. I was not sure if this would be the control panel or whatever the part is that actually crushes the ice. Thanks for always being the best parts supplier!
1 Answer Kyle, You will want to check the crush/cube solenoid at the back of the freezer next to the auger motor. The solenoid on crush should be in the down position when the bin is slid into place for the arm to go into the hole. If the solenoid is in the up position then pull down on it and reinstall the bin and see if it dispenses cubed. If it does not then the issue will most likely be the solenoid that has failed. Aaron June 24, 2015 for Model Number FFHS2622MBL My Ice cube tray quite working. I can get water just fine out of the door. When I try to get ice the auger turns and there is nothing there. I can turn the ice maker on and off, but when it is on I don't get water to come in to make ice cubes. Fridge is only about 14 months old and worked great the first 13 months. Now this. 1 Answer Hello Aaron. Make sure the freezer is between 0° and 5°. You need to check and see if there is power going to the water valve when the icemaker cycles. If so, replace the water valve on the unit. If not, or the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker on the unit. Also, check and make sure the fill tube on the unit is not frozen and clogged. If so, replace the water valve and thaw out the fill tube. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
