Replacement board-switch that restores control to the appliance's user interface. Replaces a failed switch/control board to help recover unresponsive buttons, inconsistent function selection, or intermittent control operation. What it does:

  • Acts as the control switch board that routes user commands to the appliance control system.
  • Restores responsiveness when touchpads or buttons fail to register inputs or respond intermittently.
  • Helps stop erratic function selection or unexpected cycling tied to a faulty control interface.
  • Interfaces with existing harness and mounting points for a direct replacement fit when the identical part is required.
What's included: One board-switch Install notes:
  • Always disconnect power to the appliance before starting service to prevent shock or damage.
  • Handle the board carefully; avoid flexing the PCB and keep connectors aligned when reinstalling.
  • Use basic hand tools to remove the control panel or cover; verify all connectors are fully seated before testing.

Hello Ray. Yes, the board 5303918506 could be an issue, but it is best to test the thermistor sensors 240597220 in the unit first and make sure they are good. Should read around 10,000 ohms at room temperature. If they are good, check the evaporator coils for a full frost pattern. If only half of the coils are frozen, you have a sealed system issue. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
