Refrigerator temp is steady 37 all the time. But, freezer temp. for the last two months its anywhere from 15F to -2F depending on time of day. It used to be -2 always. I monitored the temp and Once was 10F. An hour later -2F and an hour later 15F and took 12+ hrs to go back to -2F. then back up to 10F an hour later...I can hear the compressor cycle on and off. Ice-cream is usually very soft now and bread is soft frozen. I'm confused. Appreciate any help. I have cleaned the condenser coils and verified all fans work. Unit is clean and has plenty of ventilation space.

Hello Stuart. You will want to test the freezer thermistor 241608501 and make sure it is good in the unit. It should ohm out to 10K at 77° F., and 32.6 K. at 32° F. ohms. If so, then the control board 5303918340 may be bad and not reading the temp properly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Freezer temp is fine but refrigerator temp keeps going below the set point and freezing food and water filter. I have replaced the thermistor and the damper control. Neither of these helped. Thank You, Maurice

Maurice, You will want to check the evaporator coils to make sure that they are not impacted with ice. If the coils have a nice even frost pattern then the issue will most likely be in the control board.

My Fridge started beeping, The temperature displays were not lit, and it was not cooling or freezing. We replaced the control board and everything seemed to work fine for a couple of days, then we noticed it wasn't cooling correctly, the lights on the motor board are on but when I adjust to the temperature desired the fridge temperature does not change, the fan is on too so could it be that there is a defect on the control board? Hello Clara. You will need to check and see if the main board on the unit is bad. Also, make sure all wiring connections are good on the unit also.

Frig started constant beeping last night, lights on but is not running, not cooling or freezing. We have unplugged and shut doors I cleaned all vents. What could it be?

Christine, There are several things that could cause the unit to not cool or freeze. If the fans are running then you will want to check to see if the compressor is running. If not then it will most likely be a start device on the compressor that has failed. If the fans are not running then the control board would be the issue and would need to be replaced.
