David September 15, 2013 for Model Number lfus2613lpo Hello, we have a fridge that is not working. I unplugged it for a while and then plugged back up it will work until you adjust the temp then it shuts off and starts beeping. We unplugged it the other day and it worked as long as you did not adjust does this sound like the control board is bad or do I need to check something else.
1 Answer David, This issue does sound like it would be caused by a faulty control board 241739710. Read More...
Tony August 15, 2013 for Model Number FFUS2613LS0 Hi, I woke up this morning and my fridge started beeping. It's coming from the temp control panel and there is no display. I was just wondering if I can disable the beep and everything will be alright or if I have to replace the part. I know it's in your best interest if I replace the part, but I really can't afford it right now... Thanks
1 Answer Hello Tony. You need to determine what is causing the beep and if it is a faulty board, you will need to replace it. Read More...

Linda January 12, 2013 for Model Number FFUS2613LEO I recently changed the starter and the capacitor on my refrigerator after the parts shorted out. Now when I plugged in all I get is a beeping sound, no light and Im not able to program the temperature. This is Linda again, when I replaced the starter and capacitor I found a connector that was not pluged in .I don't know where it goes. Wire colors are yellow and baby blue.
1 Answer Hello Linda, Based on the wiring diagram, It appears that the blue and yellow wires would go to the compartment lights. This would not have any bearing on the control not accepting responses or being blank. You would need to replace the control board. Read More...
Ajfredo A August 22, 2012 for Model Number FFUS2613LS0 The refrigerator is no working normally. I hear the motor turn on and turn off in less than 30 seconds, and the control shows sometimes is right, then like 62f in the freezer and 68f fresh food but some time shows 3f on freezer and 38 on fresh food. and i want to know if this is the right part I have to change 241739702 Board - Control
1 Answer Alfredo, Yes, that is the correct control board part number for the model number you supplied. It does substitute to a control board kit 241739710. But based on your post description, you need to look at the power supply(voltage) to the refrigerator (110-120 VAC). and check or replace the start device on the compressor 241941003 Low voltage and a device issue will cause the compressor to have a start issue, and will cause the refrigerator to not cool. Lavonne May 06, 2012 for Model Number LFUS2613LEO the digle in front of refr. at the top on the right side it is not on it will not turn on. there is peeping and the light is on but that is all there is. had a service guy out and he said the temp part is out that control the fan and how cold it is
1 Answer LaVonne, If we understand you correctly, the service technician advised you to replace the control board 241739710 because the refrig. display was blank, and the refrigerator thermistor 241608401, because the fan didn't run. Is the freezer working properly ? If so, You want to consider replacing both parts, the control and the thermistor, as long as you're sure the rifrigerator door light switch 241547902 is operating properly. Bob W. December 28, 2011 for Model Number FFUS2613LPO How do I diagnose or test this part? Fridge section won't go below 57 degrees, freezer temp remains constant at zero. When fridge control button pushed control flashes and beeps. When freezer control button pushed it won't stop beeping! Thank you.
1 Answer Hi Bob. There are 2 sensors that are on the back of your control panel. The shorter one on the left is part # 241608501 is for the freezer. The one on the rt. is part # 241608401 fresh food area. They should ohm out to 10K at 77° F., and 32.6 K. at 32° F. ohms at room temperature. The controls are part # 241739710. Thank You. Read More...
