Denise November 04, 2016 for Model Number Frigidaire Gas oven range model FGGF3045RF Lightning hit close to my home. That evening everything went out. When everything came back on, the oven would not turn off. The range works but oven stays on. I thought the relay board or control board but not sure which on to buy. Please help! Aggressive repair man says if boards are shot, just replace the stove but i don't want to do that, i want to just get part and fix the issue. Stove only 3 years old.

Homeowner86 May 28, 2015 for Model Number LGGF3043KF After a power surge the control panel does not work at all. There was an electrical/plastic burning smell coming from the back of the oven near the control panel. The range top still ignites. Will replacing the control panel fix it or is it likely there is more damage because of the smell.
1 Answer Homeowner86, The most likely cause for the issue of the display not working will be the control board. The part number for the control board is 5304509231. Read More...

Jeffrey G. April 15, 2011 for Model Number LGGF3043KFA Basically the lowes version of the FGGF3043KF. I need to install this EOC and want to know how to access the panel in order to replace it. Where are the screws located etc. Do I access from the front or pull it away from the wall and access from the rear? Also there is a ribbon cable (as it appears) to connect to the controller. Is there a plug that fits to the controller or do I need to match color coded wires and connect individually? I have purchased the controller and will have it tuesday
1 Answer jeffrey, You will need to slide the range out and all your access is through the rear panel "To remove the electronic oven control: 1. Disconnect power from the range. 2. Remove the back panel from the backguard. 3. Disconnect wires and harness from the control board. 4. Remove the four screws. (One from each corner.)" There should be 2 multi plug connectors that need to be attached to the same connectors on the repalcement EOC. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
