Hello Daivd. Yes, this sends power to the elements. You will need to test and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the range. If so, test and see if the clock is sending power to the elements, when the oven is turned on. If not, you will need to replace the clock assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1.
