Ian April 14, 2016 I bought this to replace an EOC that had failed (part number 316222907). The website says that this is the appropriate replacement part and the picture of the board from the website looks exactly the same. When the part arrived the board looks a bit different and has two extra hook ups that are not on the original. The original has one wireing harness at the bottom and three wire mounts running down the right hand side labeled bake, broil, and L1. The new board has two additional wire mounts below L1 that were not on the original. I hooked everything up just like the original and left the extra mounts empty and everything seems to be working fine. Is this how it should be done or am I setting myself up for issues down the line, by not having anything hooked up to the last two mounts?
1 Answer Hello Ian. It sounds like you have it installed properly and the unit is working as it should. Read More...
David June 23, 2015 for Model Number FEF376AQH What would cause the stove to not have any LED display unless one of the top stove burners is in the heat position? There is no power to any burner or oven element when in heat position. I already replaced the control and still has same characteristics.
1 Answer Hello David. You will need to check the wiring on the unit. Make sure all connections are good. Also, check the infinite switches and make sure they are good. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Elly February 12, 2015 for Model Number FEFL77ABC The stove started beeping like the timer was going off. it was flashing code on the screen that says F1. The only way to make it stop beeping is to shut off the power to it. Thanks.
1 Answer Elly, The F1 error code indicates a runaway temperature and you will want to check the following: Check RTD sensor probe and replace if necessary. If oven is overheating, disconnect power. If oven continues to overheat when the power is reapplied, replace EOC. Severe overheating may require the entire oven to be replaced should damage be extensive. Read More...
Rich August 24, 2014 for Model Number Frigidaire model FEFL77ASF My wife called me last night (while I was at another location), a little panicked, and said that the broiler came on, and would not turn off, AND the oven door LOCKED, and wouldn't open. She had 3 loaves of bread in the oven that were burning & smoking... I had to tell her about where to turn of the power on the breaker box. Power was off all night and I turned it back on. The door lock released and we were able to open the door, BUT the broiler came on (we didn't turn it on) and I couldn't shut it off... I hit the breaker and its off now.... HALP! Thank you... Rich

Aaron February 24, 2014 for Model Number GLEF378ASC Oven bake element coming on and heating to max temp. Oven controls on keypad seem to function, but are not changing the temp control or shutting element off. Have to turn off breaker to turn power to element off. Have tried to reset a few times, but no change in function. Do I need a new control panel & "overlay" for the control panel keys and what are the part #'s for them, if so? thank you
1 Answer Aaron, If the control is not responding to the commands then the issue would be the oven control board which is part number 316207527. Read More...
