Jemiliz, First check and clean any residue or debris from the front kickplate grille, under the refrigerator and move the refrigerator out and remove the cover and check and clean the condenser coil, fan blade and fan motor. A restriction or air flow to or through the condenser will reduce the heat transfer from the coil to the room and cause the interior temps. to increase and fluctuate. You could have an erratic damper or sensor, but try that first. The machine is in an air conditioned environment, not out in the garage, or someplace/something subject to high or fluctuating temperatures ?

Dustin, You will want to check the evaporator coils to make sure that the coils are not impacted with ice. If there is then you will want to test the defrost heater and defrost thermostat to make sure that they have continuity. If there is continuity then the issue will be the defrost control board.

Hello Jeff. The 4 flashing means that there is an issue with either your damper or the main control board. If it happens again you need to check the voltage to the damper and make sure you have 120vac. If you do then your damper is the issue and if not then the control board is the issue. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
