1 Answer Hello Sally. Test for power to the dispenser. If it is there and the door does not open, replace the dispenser. If there is no power, replace the control. 1 Answer Hello Laurel, This is not a difficult job. Turn the power off to the unit and verify that no power is present. Open the door and remove the screws around the inner door panel. When you seperate the panels, you will see that the unit has two wires and six screws holding it in. Be sure not to over-tighten the screws since they thread into plastic.
