The Dispenser Assembly is an OEM replacement part specific to Frigidaire dishwashers. It is located inside the dishwasher door and is responsible for dispensing the appropriate amounts of detergent and rinse aid during cycles. Due to manufacture changes part received may appear different than what is shown in the photo.

Hello Laurel, This is not a difficult job. Turn the power off to the unit and verify that no power is present. Open the door and remove the screws around the inner door panel. When you seperate the panels, you will see that the unit has two wires and six screws holding it in. Be sure not to over-tighten the screws since they thread into plastic. Don't forget the gasket that comes with the new part 154574401!
