David February 21, 2015 for Model Number FSC23F7HSB3 (I think) I bought a used Frigidaire counter depth side by side refrigerator. Mfg date is July 2005. Actual Model number sticker has been removed. Estimated model number is based on cross referencing other parts such as: Main control board P/N: 241511102 Compressor: Embraco VEGY 6H Service Data Sheet: 241532603A Unit was on and running fine when I bought it, but the previous owner said it would shut off occasionally and need to be unplugged and plugged back in. Then it would turn back on. I laid it on it's side for transport, then let stood it up and let it sit for a week before plugging it in. When I plugged it in, I got 3 beeps from somewhere inside the machine and no other response. Unplugging and replugging does nothing. The machine is absolutely dead. No lights, no fans, no compressor, nothing. I verified the outlet has power. I had ordered a new main power board from you guys based on the part number on the existing board and installed it today. Still no response. Please help! I love your fast shipping by the way, so fast it makes my head spin!
1 Answer Hello David, This sounds like a control 240596704 issue. This is also where the beeping comes from, indicating the issue is with the control. Read More...

Kwest February 15, 2014 for Model Number FLSC238DS0 2004 model - has been found NOT running periodically over last two weeks. Open door and everything on fresh food side is off, icemaker light is on in front left panel. Press Reset button and it lights up but I do not hear compressor start. I have unplugged and let rest 1 minute and restarted and then it starts and I can hear the compressor running and it works. We did have two electric outages that lasted 40 seconds or so in last two weeks. But last night, the refrigerator did this and prior was Wednesday evening and once on the week before on a Tuesday evening. I have been home each time. Have not come home to dead unit yet - but worried.
K. Carlson December 28, 2013 for Model Number FSC23F7DSBA Hi -- Fridge made loud noise and stopped cooling. Had E F error code. Purchased and replaced the Evaporator Fan Motor today, turned the unit on and took a couple of hours to start cooling. After about 4 hours, the freezer was working but not the fridge and then we got another E F code. When we turn the unit off and the back on, we hear the beeping and then it turns on and runs for about 2 minutes, then shuts off and gives the E F code again... What do we need to check and replace to get it working? We vacuumed out all the dust from the vents, etc. as well this morning.. Thanks!
1 Answer K Carlson, With having a new evaporator fan motor in the unit and the unit still having the Ef code then the issue would be a faulty main power board. Read More...

Troy September 22, 2011 for Model Number fsc23f7db8 Just got my new part in and realized it doesn't match my old one. Old part: 241511101 New part: 241511102 I assume they are not interchangeable even though the connections are the same. Help?
1 Answer Hello Troy. Based on the model number you provided, 241511101 is the correct part. The manufacture has redesigned the control board, and it will look different, but the connections should be the same. Hope this helps. Read More...
Larry March 10, 2011 for Model Number e23cs75dss1 I need to replace the board-switch (part # ap3765958) in my Electrolux refrig. For unknown reasons the manufacturer decided to mount it next to the drip pan so that it cannot be removed from the back of the unit nor is there enough clearance to remove it from the front. It seems that I must either remove the doors to remove the plate at the bottom or tilt the refrig high enough to remove the board-switch by sliding it under the front of the refrig. Am I missing some other way to remove this? Thanks. Larry
1 Answer Hello Larry. I usually tilt the refrigerator just enough to slide it out. There is another way to do it, but it is harder to do. Hope this helps. Read More...
