Bob September 21, 2014 for Model Number PLD4375RFCO Some of the cycle lights light up, for instance normal cycle lights up but pots and pans scrub doesn't. When start button is pressed it won't start the cycle. It will also not cancel a cycle. Also do you have a manual on how to replace the part that you suggest. Think its the control/Ass console based on other recommendations.
1 Answer Bob, With the description, the issue would be with the console assembly. Here are the steps to replace the console. 1. Disconnect dishwasher from power supply. 2. Remove outer door panel 3. Lay outer door panel face down on a protective surface. 4. Compress plastic retainers with a pair of pliers to release the electronic control from carrier panel 5. Lift control from mount. 6. With the control removed, pull protective shield back to free ribbon from keypad assembly. 7. Remove two screws holding outer door reinforcement to outer door panel. 8. These screws also hold the door handle in place. 9. Do not drop door handle. 10. Remove this reinforcement to gain access to keypad assembly. 11. To install parts, reverse procedure. Read More...

Bobby B April 30, 2014 for Model Number FDBB4365FC4 We was using our dishwasher the other day and it got stuck in what sounded like the draining mode and a error code was blinking but it just said ER, Clean S, washing ,drying. Didnt see a code to check. I cut the power to it and after waiting a few mins came back and it said PF and I tried to start it back up. nothing works the light is stuck on china crystal and air dry and there is a 91 on the display. No buttons work. Then when I shut the door and wait a little while the dishwasher will kick back on to what sounds like the draining mode and the Er display comes back on and the china crystal and air dry lights start blinking. I can press the other buttons and make them blink as long as I have the button pressed. Have no idea on what the problem is. Do you think its a bad main control board or the board on the display?

Check for the error code but the possibilities that it could be would be a faulty heating element. Check continuity of the heating element to make sure that it is good. Rich November 10, 2013 for Model Number PLD4375RFC2 Normal wash & ultimate scrub did not work on dishwasher. The indicator lights do not come on for these cycles. All the other cycles work fine. I did notice that the touch pad looked like it had burnt by the china/crystal button. It does not show any error codes, so I purchased a SS Console Asmy., # AP4298713 & installed it. When I powered up the dishwasher, these two cycles still do not work. It still doesn't show any error codes. Any Ideas.
