Hello, this dryer power cord is designed to be used with multiple units. The only thing you have to make sure is that your receptacle on the wall is a 4 prong rather than a 3 prong. Thanks!

Hello Suzan! If your wall outlet has a 4 prong outlet you will need part number TJ1004. If it has a 3 prong outlet you will need to use cord part number WX09X10002. Thanks!

Jackie, To change the dryer cord you will access the terminal block. There will be a grounding strap on the center terminal that will connect from the center terminal to where the ground wire on the 4 wire cord is connected. The center wire of the 3 prong wire will go to the center post and the other 2 on the outer posts.
