Robin October 25, 2016 for Model Number Jp326w0v2ww Hi. I just ordered 2 terminal blocks (wb17x216) and need a 6" element. When I look at the element for my model it says it is compatible with terminal block #wb17x5113. I'm confused. Did I order the right terminal block? Which element can I order that will fit? Thanks.
1 Answer Robin, You can order the proper 6" burner element for your range WB30M1 / WB30M1. The burner element terminal blocks are pretty much the same or "universal" as far as opening size and internal contacts, so it wouldn't make a major difference at this point. Besides the insulation block in the kit you purchased are "plastic as well, and you'll be fine with what you have. Just make sure you remove power to the range before you start any repairs or replacements. Read More...

Beverly December 26, 2015 for Model Number RB720DHWW I am guessing at the model number. Just by looking at photos of Hotpoint self cleaning stoves. Can't find # on my stove which is a self cleaning oven with 5 buttons across the top and a clock. I accidentally set plastic bowl down on one of the small burners and they melded together, ruining my burner. I think I need this 6 inch burner replacement, but when I measure the old one, it is only 5 1/2 " across and not six inches? Is this the right part, do you think?
1 Answer Beverly, Based on the model number that you have listed the correct part number for the small element would be WB30K10016. If that is not the correct model then we would not be able to assist properly without the correct model. The WB30M1 does meet the 5 1/2 inch measurement, and will probably work in your range. David L. April 19, 2015 for Model Number Unable to locate I have a very old hotpoint range. I am unable to find a model #. The only thing I can find is the serial # and a catalog #. I have tried a 6inch replacement heating element but the plugin is about a inch too short. Can you help me with this problem?
1 Answer Hello David! Unfortunately, we'll need the model number to be able to guarantee a replacement part. I've narrowed the searches down on our site to show GE stove top coils (Hotpoint is owned by GE). If you purchase a part and it doesn't fit you have 365 days to return the part with our no hassle return policy. Here is the link to view the available parts. Hope it helps.
