Marg May 16, 2011 for Model Number JBP66BY4WH Light indicates that the broiler element is on, but the element remains cold. Do I need a new element or is there another part that is needed?
1 Answer Hello Marg. You will need to test the broil element and see if it is good. It should read closed for continuity. If it is open, you will need to replace the broil element WB44X10015. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
