Ana July 09, 2016 I have an electric coil stove? My pots are too heavy. Many have been ruined. I need a grate that can put space between the stove coils and my pots. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Ana, An open coil electric surface burner is designed for the pots to sit directly on so heat can transfer for cooking. I would recommend referring to the manufacturers' users' guide for proper use and care. This is the only advice we can give since this is the way the manufacturer designed the unit and no modifications have been provided by the manufacturer concerning the complaint provided. I did find a grate in black that seems like a match. AP2027955. Will this work and is there a black drip pan to replace AP2028687 which is a natural metal color on the stove now. Thank you.
1 Answer Hello David, While WB31K10033 looks the same in the picture, we cannot guarantee it will fit properly since it is not on the manufacturers' part list for the model provided.
