I need to replace the light bulbs and the charcoal filter. The website lists this model as a counter top microwave so I want to make sure I am ordering the right filter and light bulbs. Cam you tell me if the ones that the website says are compatible will work on my microwave since it is not a counter top model? Also, the microwave shorts out at times but if I hold the top charcoal filter open then it will work. Is this malfunction being caused because it needs a new filter? Thanks, Cindy
