Hello Will, This is most likely a poor connection electrically between the chassis of the unit and the burner base. The unit will need to be disassembled and sanded between the metal panels where the screws connect the pieces together. This should re-establish ground to the burner base and prevent the issue from occurring again.

Doug, The top burner electrode for your unit will be part number WB13K10014. You should check the ignition switch on the valve for continuity in the light position as the ignition switch sounds more likely to be defective. The switch part number is WB24K10002 which is for 3 of them and WB24K10027.

Thomas, The igniters clicking with the burners in the off position would be caused by a failed ignition switch and you would need to replace the spark switch assembly WB18T10338.
