Dan February 04, 2021 for Model Number GDF620HSJ2SS No lights on display panel, have power to power control board, but NO LEDs are lit on board. Installed a new power control board, but same results.
1 Answer Dan, it would be recommended that the control is verified as having 120VAC at the machine control WD21X24900C when testing from the black wire to the white wire leading from the wire junction box. If there is proper voltage, the LED on the machine control should flash once every 3 seconds if it is operating properly. If it is flashing, then the wires going from the machine control to the user interface WD21X31902C would need to be tested for continuity when the power supply to the dishwasher is turned off. Judy January 24, 2021 for Model Number GDT695SSJ2SS My DW has a mind of its own and every so often any time of day or night it beeps on with the little jingle and all the lights come on and then after a while it goes off. I have been unplugging it and only plug it in when I need to run it. After the GE technician was here and said he couldn’t find anything wrong, I left it plugged in and then I went to use it and it wouldn’t come on. I had to unplug and wait a while and plug in to get it to run. Is this one of the interface boards or a control board module?? Thanks for any help.
Vance Schultze December 31, 2020 for Model Number GDT655SSJOSS All lights out on control panel. Service LED on main board showing steady light. Receiving 13.5 volts to UI board. Door switch voltage is good. Replaced UI board with WD21X23462, set jumpers per instructions and installed new board. Now have a couple of lights on but not all and controls do not respond. I tried jumpers in other random positions and results are always the same. Thank you in advance.

Jccpeachy December 26, 2020 for Model Number gdt655smj2es Hi, I ordered a mother board and replaced it in my unit. The green LED light is continuous on with no flashing. There are no lights on the UI (same as before). Power is on and checked breaker etc. Does this mean my UI is out and needs to be replaced? Since my old mother board showed the same LED indicator on, can I return the mother board? Just purchased this on Dec. 20, 2020. Thank you for your help! Judy
