Doreen June 19, 2017 for Model Number we01x20378 Does the new knob come with a new insert? Also I may need a clip that attaches in the back of the knob to keep the stem in place. Can't find it and asked for help but she didn't know what I was talking about. My dryer model is DHDSR46EG6WW and I have the correct knob part # for that. When I searched your site I found the following part number: AP5806667, I'll call this one "Part 1", but it goes on to say: Description-Color: white. Measures about 2 inches in diameter. For models GTDP180ED And GTDX180ED, Please use part number WE01X20374 instead. When I look at your page with Part Number WE01X20374, it is called Part Number: AP5805160. I will call this one "Part 2". When I use the 'Part Compatibility Tool' (which is awesome, by the way). It says that "Part 2" is NOT compatible with my Model. So--the description for 'Part 1' says--use 'Part 2', but the compatibility tool for 'Part 2' says that 'Part 2' is not compatible with my model? Which should I order? I want to get the correct one. 1 Answer Wilson, The first thing that you will want to check is to make sure that the lid switch is good. If the unit will not agitate, spin or drain then this will be the most likely cause.
