The part arrived the next day and fit perfectly. In additon; obviously the original manufactured part was not holding up well as the new part had a metal reinforcement band that will prevent the cracking in the future. It looked very simple and indeed it was. The most difficult part was trying to get to the back of the dryer in order to unscrew and open the back of the panel because the dryer is in a very crowded position. George B North Port , FL October 30, 2017 The started switch fell back into the back assembly faceplate i took it apart with just three screws to loosen and the problem was obvious the plastic tabs that held the switch had sheared off from Ordered the faceplate and just for insurance a new switch and know. The installation required a phillips screwdriver, a needle nose pliers, and about 10 minutes of time.
