Bob H April 17, 2015 for Model Number CGS980SEM1SS This oven mentioned here suddenly lost both igniters. No bake or broil. Tried self clean. No ignition. Cheryl T May 05, 2013 for Model Number CGS980SEM1SS What is the difference between part No.: WB27K10311 (Glass & Touch Board ASM) and part No.: WB27K10378 (Control Oven ERC3HP)? I think I need to replace some part of the control panel. The oven will shut off when I'm baking with no rhyme or reason. Also, the oven isn't maintaining temperature. I'll set the oven to 350*, but it is baking at only around 290*. Any ideas? Do I need both parts, or just one of the parts? Thanks, Cheryl Thacker
